Free Shipping (Orders over $200)

• Delivery: 2-5 business days after dispatch
Local Pickup (Winter Garden, FL)
• Orders placed by 2 PM EST ready same day
• Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5 PM
• Address: 5444 New Independence Pkwy
• Note: Unclaimed orders after 30 days will be canceled
Standard (5 Business Days) – $12.00
• Ships same day if ordered by 2 PM EST
• Excludes Alaska
Express (2 Business Days) – $22.00
• Ships same day if ordered by 2 PM EST
• Alaska & Hawaii not guaranteed
Overnight (Next Business Day) – $62.00
• Orders after 2 PM EST ship next business day
• No PO Box deliveries

Pre-Orders:
In-stock items ship immediately.
• Pre-orders ship when available.
• Express shipping applies only to in-stock items—pre-orders get free standard shipping (on orders over $200).
Order Tracking:
Most orders ship within 2 business days, with delivery in 2-5 business days (US).
• Express options available.
• Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Confirm the delivery address.
- Check with neighbors.
- Wait 3 business days.
- If still missing, file a claim via the Returns Portal.
Note: 6.95–6.95–9.95 fee for reshipments due to address errors.
Orders over $500 require signature on delivery.
