Sophistique – Return & Exchange Policy

At Sophistique, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds (for eligible orders). Please review our policies below.

Returns & Exchanges

(Valid only for the USA and Canada)

• Return shipping paid by the buyer

• Protection for lost, stolen, or damaged items

Return Policy

• Store credit/exchange: Must be requested and shipped within 15 days of receipt

• Refund: Must be requested and shipped within 5 days of receipt

• Damaged items: Contact us within 2 days for a replacement or store credit (if unavailable)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final sale items (marked as such or purchased with discount codes ≥20%)

• Jewelry, accessories, hats, and orders with discounts ≥20%

• Used, washed, stained, or odorous items (will be returned at your expense)

Special Conditions:

• $10 restocking fee for excessive returns (exchanges excluded)

• Store credit expires after 1 year

How to Return an Item

  1. Ensure the item meets return requirements
  2. Pack securely with the original invoice
  3. Generate a label via the Returns Portal and ship via USPS

Processing Time:

• Store credit/exchanges: Processed once return is on its way

• Refunds: 7-9 business days after warehouse inspection

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery!
